Simple Autumn Eye Look.

Hey-ho Peeps.

Today I thought I'd share with you a look I've predominately wearing recently its super quick and super easy...
So for this look all I do is wack a bit of the Maybelline 24 Hour Colour Tattoo in metallic pomegranate on my lid and then apply my MUA pearl shadow in shade 14 over the top and blend for a simple cranberry smokey eye. You could run the shadow under your eye but I don't think it really suits me, then just bang on mascara and voila easy and takes less than 5 minutes to do... easy.

My top 5 for autumn... Lip Products

Hey-ho peeps,

So in my last post I shared with you my top 5 nail polishes. In this post I'm going to share with you my top 5 autumn lip products.
Now for autumn I love to keep my lips hydrated and smooth so can can wear deep plummy shades and rich reds so these are my favourite products for this time of year...

1. Home made Lip Scrub.
Basically this is just sugar olive oil and a touch of coco powder to take away the taste of the olive oil, cause it makes me sick, This stuff works just as well as any you can buy in shops and I love using this to ex-foliate my lips when its cold out.

L2R Cherry Me, Poison, Primark Red, Galaxy

2. Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry Me
I adore baby lips and this one is the one I keep with me its tinted so its ideal for then I'm just wanting a quick bit of colour and it moisturises my lips and helps keep them protected I have nothing bad to say about this, oh and it smells amazing.

3. Poison Lipstick
This is defo my general go to lipstick it only cost me a pound but I love it the colour is perfect for me, it goes on nicely its doesn't have a great longevity but it does wear down to almost a lip tint which I really like.

4. Primark Red Lipstick
this has to be one of the cheapest lipsticks I've ever bought it as it was 50p but it is literally the nicest red I have ever worn its a beautiful shade the coverage is excellent and it has a pretty decent longevity.

5. Rimmel Apocolips in Galaxy
Yes, another plum shade but this time of year I live in plums I really like the colour of this its more pinky toned than Poison but it still looks really nice on the lip.

Ok so those are my top 5 lip products for autumn hope you liked this post apologise for my hand it looks very manly here they not the most feminine of hands but still this isn't showing it in a great light, oh well be sure to let me know what your favourite lip products are for autumn...

£1 Argon Oil Conditioning Hair Mask

Hey- ho Peeps.

Now when it comes to my hair I'm grasping at straws literally my hair is not at its best and is in real need of a trim but with a particular dislike of hair dresser i've been trying to hold it off by using different products to try make it feel a bit healthier this month I've been using this argon hydrating hair mask.

This is a super thick conditioning mask for your hair I use this maybe once or twice a week, I'll wash my hair as normal then put a thick coat of this in my end especially as its been bleached its very coarse so needs the extra TLC. I really like this mask it smells really nice and makes my hair feel super moisturised (its still coarse but that's more due to needing a chop). I've also noticed its not as frizzy as it had started looking a little Monica-ish (you know the look I mean), it now feels more sleek and just generally nicer than before. And its only a pound so that's an added bonus.

Top 5 for Autumn... Nail Polishes

Hey-ho Peeps,

I thought it would be a nice idea to show you some of my favourite picks for the autumn so I've decided to do my top 5s', today will be be nail polish and I will also be doing my top 5 eye shadows, lipsticks and maybe accessories for you all so keep your eyes out for those.

Starting of with nail polish for me autumn is all about deep reds, berry tones, greys and warm nudes so I've whittled down my collection and found 5 that I'm loving for the autumn...

Starting with my favourite nude shade it's showing kinda purpley buts just a really nice brown nude shade love it!

Next is my favourite berry toned polishes they're actually incredibly similar but George berry smoothie is slightly more a warm pink tone where as moody mink is more cool grey tone. These are fairly muted shades very autumn pastels which is still a huge trend this season
Now on to a huge trend trough out fashion and make up is the reds. I have 2 that I particularly love this time of year the first is Lincoln centre by NYC which is a really rich deep red which I love especially round Halloween as it's almost a curdled blood colour (in the nicest possible way). Revlons ruby ribbon how ever is a brighter red and I like wearing this one later in the year closer to Christmas yes I said it but I just think it's a very festive red with out being too garish plus it's a matte suede finish so looks more frosted which reminds me as well as the former mentioned C word
So there you have it my top 5 fall nail polishes.
What your top  nail polishes for fall?

September Favourites.

Hey-ho Peeps.

I'm fully aware that will sound a bit cliché, but I cant believe how fast this year seems to be going by, and also that its October. I don't often do monthly favourites but I thought I would start as I'm wanting to give my blog a little more structure so, here goes...

1. Dirty Works Buttery Salt Scrub.
I'm really Loving this stuff its alot like the soap and glory flake away, it smells amazing and I love the way it leaves my skin feeling nice and smooth and the great part its a bargain which is always good.

2. MUA Nail Polish in Moody Mink.

This colour is perfect for the autumn its a really nice taupe nude shade i guess you could call it, it looks really nice on the nail and the formula for the MUA polishes is really good and they last really well on the nail.

3. Herbal Essence Beautiful Ends Leave in Conditioner.

I've recently swapped my usual Moroccan oil for the herbal essence dry ends repair leave in conditioner which I have to say I'm really liking, it gives my hair that bit of repair it needs to help hold off the dreaded chop. this I just rub in my ends while its damp and then blow dry my hair as normal and just add a little extra if I feel it needs it. I can really tell a difference using my hair feels nice and soft again,  yay.

4. Maybelline 24hr Colour Tattoo in Metallic Pomegranate

Recently I've been ever so lazy when it comes to doing my eye make up so this is ideal, plus this colour is bang on trend for the autumn. these are so easy to apply and can be blended out for a subtle colour on the lid or build up for a more dramatic look.

So those are my current favourites from September, hope you enjoyed this post and till next time...
